A Home Worth Falling Back in Love With
Some projects come to us as big bold visions — full gut remodels, ground-up builds, commercial installs. And then there are the ones that start quietly, with a homeowner standing in a doorway almost apologizing for the room they’ve been living with for years. The Martins were the second kind. And their project reminded us why we do this work.
BATHROOM
Outdated tile, a cramped layout, and a builder-grade vanity that had seen better days. They knew what they wanted but weren’t sure it was possible in the space they had. Nine weeks later, they had a walk-in tile shower with frameless glass, a freestanding soaking tub, heated floors, and a double vanity that finally gave them both enough room to get ready in the morning without getting in each other’s way. On the final walkthrough, Mrs. Martin stood in the doorway for a long moment and said “I can’t believe this is our house.” That’s the moment we work for.
